“We’re thrilled to have Adam on board to head up our UK operation. Adam has extensive experience in the APAC region, and due to COVID, we’ve received a lot of interest from European clients wanting to enter China/APAC or strengthen their brand presence in the region,” said Natalie Lowe, Managing Partner for The Orangeblowfish.
As part of Adam’s role, he will be responsible for providing counsel to European clients who need strategic counseling when it comes to understanding and navigating the complexities of China and Asia Pacific market.
“Most western companies, even those with experience in SEA, underestimate the sophistication of modern Chinese business and consumer society. Chinese consumers now have a lot of choices – especially from homegrown brands. New brands looking to break into the China market will be surprised at how much branding building, education and re-positioning is required if they want to succeed in this fiercely competitive country. They will need strong local market and communications expertise, deep cross-cultural understanding, and a passion for all things Chinese. I’m delighted to join The Orangeblowfish, a unique creative agency, that has all those things in abundance,” commented Adam Denny, Head of Business Development and Strategy.
